Basic contact information (including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number) may be collected through our website. All customer information is accessible only by the owner on a device with both biometric lock and password protection. Tangible customer information may also be stored on site in a locking filing cabinet that only the owner has access to.

Customer information such as address, phone number, and email address are stored only to better serve our customers. We use this information to check in with customers on work we’ve done, contact them directly with follow-ups, answer questions, and send requested bids. We do have customers who contact us via Facebook, but no sensitive information is ever transmitted via social media.

We are the sole owners of the information collected through this website or provided by our customers. We will never sell or share any customer information with entities outside of our business. The only exception to this rule is if the customer has given us explicit permission to share their information for a referral to one of my trusted referral sources; their information would be shared only at their request, only to the single business they request it to be shared with.
